On 6th December 2014, Susmita climbed Vinson Massif in Antarctica as her seventh and final climb of seven summits making her the first Nepali woman to do so.

Mt Everest  (8848.86m)

In 2011, Susmita climbed Everest for the third time. Despite being the third climb on the same mountain, due to unfavourable weather, the summit experience was not ideal.

Mt Everest

As a Team Leader and Expedition Coordinator of First Inclusive Women Sagarmatha Expedition 2008, Susmita and her team made a history by becoming the largest and the most successful women expeditions on Everest. All ten female members summited Everest.

Mt Everest

Susmita made her first ascent of Mt Everest in 2005 as a deputy leader of Peace Everest Expedition. Due to some circumstances, she was made to turn back from Hillary Step, resulting into the summit failure.
